Web Developer
Essential Functions:
- Professional experience designing, maintaining, development, system integration of data-driven web applications
- Proven ability to identify, debug and solve novel problems (including performance-related issues) encountered during day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing enterprise application
- Experience designing and developing new web application features from customer requirements
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft server technologies, such as COM+, SQL Server, Windows Services, Asp/Asp.NET web applications and web services
- 3+ years professional experience
- Experience working with high transactional sites a plus
- Experience with Crystal Reports a plus

Quality Assurance Engineer
Essential Functions:
- Experience with server technologies, SQL Server, Windows/Web Services, Asp/Asp.NET, HTML, XML and CSS concepts and standards
- Familiarity with C, Asp classic, C#, Asp.NET 1.1 and 2.0 components and UI interfaces
- Familiarity with basic web application structure of dynamically driven sites
Basic Qualifications:
- Familiarity with bug tracking concepts and bug life cycle
- Experience using version control, specifically SVN
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills (communication, documentation, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and testing methodologies
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements
- USA citizen or permanent resident (green card or existing H1-B)
- 2+ years of professional quality assurance experience of "Hands on" experience using structured testing techniques
- Develop and execute test plans for all system components and user interfaces
